Introduction
The Center for Advanced Processing and Analysis (CAPA) was founded in 1996. The CAPA integrates and operates several advanced instruments and equipments in NYUST to support the R&D works for the academic and industrial users in the nearby counties. Furthermore, CAPA provides several training courses and programs on operating those equipment for high-tech industry in the community area in order to promote the ability for the R&D personnel.

To provide services on various specimen analysis and micro-electronic manufacturing. |
