國科會115年度「高效能化合物半導體前瞻技術研究計畫」自即日起接受申請，相關資訊如下：

一、依該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，計畫主持人務必先行詳閱本計畫徵求公告及相關附件之規定。

二、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請務必至該會網站（https://www.nstc.gov.tw）進入「學術研發服務網」製作；計畫類別：「專題類-隨到隨審計畫｜一般策略專案計畫」；研究型別點選「整合型計畫」；計畫歸屬點選「工程處」；學門代碼：「E9884-高效能化合物半導體前瞻技術研究」。

三、本計畫未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

四、本校申請截止日期：115年2月2日(一)止。

The National Science and Technology Council's 115th Year "High-Performance Compound Semiconductor Advanced Technology Research Program" is now accepting applications. The relevant details are as follows:

1. This program is conducted in accordance with the Council’s guidelines for subsidized research projects. Principal investigators are required to thoroughly review the program announcement and all related attachments prior to application.

2. All applications must be submitted online. Please ensure that all forms are completed via the Council’s website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw) by accessing the "Academic Research Service Network." Select the project category: "Project Type – Rolling Review Projects | General Strategic Projects"; research type: "Integrated Project"; project affiliation: "Office of Research and Development"; discipline code: "E9884 – High-Performance Compound Semiconductor Advanced Technology Research."

3. Appeals for projects not granted funding under this program will not be accepted.

4. The application deadline for Yuntech is February 2nd, 2026 (Monday).
