國科會徵求115年度「晶創計畫：次世代半導體材料與元件整合關鍵技術」計畫書，自即日起受理申請，相關資訊如下：

一、本計畫徵求公告請詳閱附件，可至該會網站之計畫徵求專區或自然科學及永續研究發展處公告網頁下載。

二、研究計畫申請書請依該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點之規定辦理；線上申請作業時，請選擇「專題類－隨到隨審計畫」，計畫類別為「一般策略專案計畫」，研究型別為「整合型計畫」，計畫歸屬為「自然處」，學門代 碼請勾選「M9201－前瞻半導體」。

三、請案依規定程序進行審查，並依審查結果及經費預算擇優補助；未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

四、本案校截止日期：115年 2  月 23 日止。

The NSTC hereby invites submissions for the 115th Year "Crystal Innovation Project: Key Technologies for Next-Generation Semiconductor Materials and Device Integration." Applications are now open, and the pertinent details are as follows:

1. Please carefully review the project solicitation announcement attached herewith. It is also available for download on the NSTC website under the project solicitation section or the Office of Research and Development’s announcement page for natural sciences and sustainable research.

2. Research proposal applications must comply with the NSTC’s guidelines for subsidized research projects. When submitting online, please select "Project Category – Rolling Review Projects," with the project type as "General Strategic Project," research type as "Integrated Project," project affiliation as "Office of Research and Development," and the academic code "M9201 – Advanced Semiconductors."

3. All proposals will undergo review according to established procedures, and funding will be awarded based on merit and budget considerations. Appeals for unsuccessful applications will not be entertained.

4. The internal submission deadline is February 23rd, 2026.
