Call for Proposals: "2026 Ocean Technology Project Plan," with the relevant information as follows:

1. The Ocean Affairs Council, in accordance with the "Ocean Affairs Council Ocean Technology Project Subsidy Guidelines," is administering the "Ocean Technology Project Subsidy" program. The maximum subsidy amount per project is NT$5 million. The scope of subsidized projects includes: (1) Innovative research and development of surface and underwater ocean vehicles; (2) Ocean net-zero technologies; (3) Blue economy; (4) Integration of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in ocean technology innovation and development; (5) Circular economy technologies for marine debris; (6) Ship technology; (7) Development of pollution transport models; (8) Ocean communication technology; (9) Ocean observation technology; (10) Intelligent ocean monitoring and surveillance; (11) Marine conservation technology. Eligible applicants include qualified academic institutions, research organizations, and ocean technology enterprises.
