The National Science and Technology Council has promulgated amendments to the "Operational Guidelines for Rewarding Doctoral Candidates in the Humanities and Social Sciences for Dissertation Writing," which shall take effect forthwith. The pertinent details are as follows:

1. One copy each of the revised "Operational Guidelines for Rewarding Doctoral Candidates in the Humanities and Social Sciences" and the corresponding comparison table are attached.

2. The revised reward measures shall apply exclusively to awardees approved from the year 115 (2026) onward.

3. Awardees approved between the years 110 (2021) and 114 (2025) who have yet to graduate shall submit their materials in accordance with the amended regulations.
