中央研究院辦理116年度中研學者計畫，自即日起接受學校推薦，相關資訊如下：
一、該院為落實組織法之法定任務，並加強與大學的合作與互動 ，特設立「中研學者計畫」，獎勵該院及國內大學 副研究員或副教授以上編制內專任人員執行原創性的研 究計畫，獲選者於執行計畫期間稱為「中研學者」。
二、本計畫申請人年齡須在55歲以下，116年度計畫之申請人須為民國61年（西元1972年）1月1日以後出生者。執行國家科學及技術委員會個人型大型研究計畫，與本計畫執行期間重疊超過七個月者不得申請。
三、本計畫採推薦制，每校至多推薦5名，被推薦人並須於同年4月30日17時前於該院學術服務管理系統（網址: http://asms .sinica.edu.tw/）提送申請意願書。
四、該院預計於同年6月中旬通知意願書審查結果，通過者應於同年7月15日下午5時前線上提送完整計畫申請書。
五、有意願申請計畫之老師，於115年4 月23 日(四)前填寫中央研究院116年度中研學者計畫推薦名冊送研發處。

The Academia Sinica is now accepting university nominations for the 116th Annual Research Fellow Program. Relevant details are as follows:
1. To fulfill its statutory duties under the Organizational Act and to enhance collaboration and interaction with universities, the Academia Sinica has established the "Research Fellow Program." This initiative rewards full-time personnel holding positions of Associate Research Fellow or Associate Professor and above within Academia Sinica or domestic universities who undertake original research projects. Selected candidates shall be designated as "Research Fellows" during the project execution period.
2. Applicants must be under the age of 55. For the 116th Annual Program, applicants must have been born on or after January 1st, 1972 (Minguo 61). Those currently executing individual large-scale research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council with an overlap exceeding seven months during the program period are ineligible to apply.
3. This program operates on a nomination basis, with each university permitted to recommend up to five candidates. Nominees must submit their letter of intent via the Academia Sinica Academic Service Management System (URL: http://asms.sinica.edu.tw/) by 5:00 PM on April 30th of the same year.
4. The Academia Sinica anticipates notifying applicants of the letter of intent review results by mid-June of the same year. Successful candidates are required to submit their complete project proposals online by 5:00 PM on July 15th.
5. Faculty members interested in applying are requested to submit the nomination roster for the 116th Annual Research Fellow Program to the Office of Research and Development by April 23rd, 2026 (Thursday).
