國科會修正「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第十一點、第十三點，並自即日生效，詳如附件。

The National Science and Technology Council has amended Points 11 and 13 of the “Directions for the Operation of Subsidizing Research Project Grants,” and the amendments take effect immediately. Please refer to the attached document for details.
