The National Science and Technology Council Southern Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau hereby announces the open call for proposals for the 2027 "Emerging Technology Application Program in Southern Taiwan Science Park." The pertinent details are as follows:

1. This initiative is conducted in accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the Emerging Technology Application Program of the National Science and Technology Council Science Parks."

2. To stimulate collaboration between scientific enterprises, cross-industry alliances, and academia in the pursuit of emerging technology research and development, as well as to foster the cultivation of innovative technical talent, the 2027 Emerging Technology Program prioritizes the following themes: Precision Health, Intelligent Machinery, Next-Generation Integrated Optoelectronics, and other related topics including Net-Zero Technologies, Green Energy Carbon Reduction Equipment and Component Development, Decentralized Energy Management, and Advanced Energy Storage Technology Development.

3. The open call period for this program extends from now until 5:00 PM on July 31st, 2026 (Friday), based on the postmark date. The project execution period may span either one or two years, with the commencement date uniformly set as January 1st, 2027.

4. Interested applicants are advised to thoroughly review the "Application Guidelines" and "Application Manual," which can be downloaded directly from the National Science and Technology Council Southern Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau’s website (https://www.stsp.gov.tw/) by navigating to "Vendor Services > Park Courses and Subsidy Programs > Emerging Technology Application Program > Related Documents."

(1) Date and Time: June 17th, 2026 (Wednesday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

(2) Venue: Conference Room 201, Administrative Building, Southern Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau, Tainan Park (No. 22, Nanke 3rd Road, Xinshi District, Tainan City). Simultaneous video conferencing will be available (meeting link will be provided upon successful registration).

(3) Invited Participants: Enterprises within the Southern Taiwan Science Park, academic and research personnel, other industry professionals, and all individuals interested in this event.
