The NSTC announces the open call for proposals for the 116th year project titled "Precision Material Manipulation: Decoding the Key Mechanisms of Net-Zero Carbon Emissions and Precision Health," with applications now being accepted. Relevant information is as follows:

1. Please carefully review the attached announcement or visit the NSTC website (Dynamic Information/Project Call Section) or the Office of Research and Development’s announcement webpage to download the details. For further information regarding the project call, please refer to the announcement webpage.

2. Proposals should be submitted online through the NSTC’s "Special Research Project/(Proposal Category) Precision Material Manipulation Project" application system, with submissions due by November 11th, 2026.

3. Proposals that pass the review and receive recommendation will prompt notification to the principal investigators and executing institutions to submit full project proposals. The project execution period is anticipated to commence on August 1st, 2027, and conclude on July 31st, 2031, with multi-year approval granted on an annual basis.
