【Announcement of Extended System Maintenance】From 8:00 AM on October 25th, 2025 (Saturday) until 8:00 PM on October 26th, 2025 (Sunday), the Office of Library and Information Services will be undertaking equipment relocation tasks, during which some websites and systems will be suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

The Office of Library and Information Services will be performing equipment relocation, during which the following systems will be temporarily out of service:
1. Library electronic services, public unit websites, the Accounting System, the General Affairs System (including cashier, administrative, and financial management), the Counseling System, AI Stack, AI Console, Calendar, Alumni Service System, University Public Information Network, WSUS, and the legacy email system mail2000.
2. Systems utilizing virtual hosting and website space provided by the Office of Library and Information Services.
3. Campus Wi-Fi wireless network services.
This maintenance will not affect the academic network or the Yuntech SSO; however, users are advised to refrain from changing their Yuntech SSO passwords during the maintenance period.
