1. According to the cooperation agreement signed between the National Science Council and the French National Cancer Institute (INCa), the National Science Council will subsidize Chinese researchers to participate in the French PLBIO program model to cooperate .

2. The PLBIO program areas are original knowledge or forward-looking technology research related to cancer (including cognitive science); but do not include translational studies, clinical experiments, epidemiology and public health research .

3. The application process for this case is divided into two stages: "Concept Letter" and "Complete Plan Letter". In the first stage, the French project leader and the Taiwanese project leader will submit the plan to the French National Cancer Institute (INCa) . Concept book. After INCa's preliminary review, the National Science Council will invite Taiwanese project leaders who have passed the concept paper review to submit a second-stage "complete plan" to the National Science Council; the French project leader will also submit a second-stage project proposal to INCa. 5. Application deadline: The project concept paper will accept applications from mid-September 2020.
