冬季暖心小提醒:填服務滿意度問卷送小禮物,讓校園服務更貼心! Winter’s Warm Reminder: Complete the Service Satisfaction Survey and Receive a Small Gift, Enhancing Campus Services with Greater Care!

隨著冬季的到來,我們希望校園服務也能更加溫暖貼心!
您的意見就是我們前進的動力,誠摯地邀請您填寫『服務滿意度問卷』,讓每一份回饋都化作改善與精進的力量。以下為本次問卷之貼心提醒事項與相關規定,盼能協助您順利完成填寫: 

? 填寫方式與建議

為提升學校之服務品質,針對行政單位各項內部行政作業情形,請您就接觸後的感受,於問卷題項內勾選最適當的選項。請明確說明事情發生經過,並以理性、正向態度提出具體改善建議,以利單位檢討精進;若未能明確說明意見,將視內容完整性與具體程度提供相關單位參考;惟若事由不明,將難以列入追蹤事項,相關單位亦無從研擬改進措施,特此說明。

? 反映特定人員意見請改其他管道

填卷者對「特定人員」之服務情形有意見或建議,請勿於此管道反映,改由校長信箱 (Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它) 提出。

️ 避免情緒性或攻擊性言論

若於「改善措施或回覆」欄位填入情緒性字眼、攻擊或謾罵個人或業務單位之內容,將不予回覆或處理。

? 行政服務相關意見

「非屬行政服務」而為教學範疇意見,將不予回覆處理,請填卷者改於教師評量意見調查時提出。

? 法律責任

本問卷採匿名方式進行;惟反映內容若涉及不實指控或對他人之毀謗,由填卷人自負法律責任。

Your feedback is our driving force. We sincerely invite you to complete the ‘Service Satisfaction Survey’, turning every response into an opportunity for improvement and refinement. Below are helpful reminders and relevant guidelines to assist you in completing the survey smoothly:


Instructions and Recommendations for Completion

To enhance the quality of Yuntech’s services, please evaluate the internal administrative operations of various administrative units based on your recent interactions, selecting the most appropriate options within the questionnaire. Kindly provide a clear account of the circumstances, and offer rational, constructive suggestions in a positive manner to help the units review and improve their services. If opinions are not clearly stated, the completeness and specificity of the content will still be used as reference by the relevant units. However, if the matter is unclear, it will be difficult to include it in follow-up actions, and the respective units may be unable to formulate improvement measures. This is hereby clarified.


Please Use Alternative Channels for Feedback on Specific Personnel

If you have opinions or suggestions regarding the service of specific personnel, please do not use this survey. Instead, kindly submit your feedback via the President’s mailbox at Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它.


⚠️ Avoid Emotional or Aggressive Language

If the “Improvement Measures or Replies” section contains emotional expressions, personal attacks, or abusive remarks directed at individuals or departments, such submissions will not receive a response or be processed.


Feedback Related to Administrative Services

Comments that fall outside the scope of administrative services and pertain to teaching matters will not be addressed. Respondents are encouraged to submit such feedback during the teacher evaluation surveys.


Legal Responsibility

This survey is conducted anonymously; however, respondents who submit false accusations or defamatory remarks against others will bear legal responsibility.

113-2 Survey Results Announcement

The results of the 113-2 Service Satisfaction Survey have been published in the “New Questionnaire and Voting System” under Survey → Completed / View Summary Opinions. Those who participated in the 113-2 survey may review the results online at their convenience.
