School Dining Safety Oversight
Food Safety Team

Every school year, a “School Dining Sanitation Inspection Team” is formed.

Members include:

1 Committee Member from the Dietary Guidance Committee (rotates weekly)

1 Dining Supervisor

1 Part-time Nutritionist

Routine Inspections
-
The team conducts weekly on-site inspections at all campus cafeterias.

Checks cover overall hygiene and tableware cleanliness tests.
Microbiological Testing
-
Twice a year, the Yunlin County Health Bureau – Food Sanitation and Laboratory Division is commissioned to carry out microbial limit testing.
