Our School’s Self-Management System for Food Safety

School Dining Safety Oversight

Food Safety Team

  • Every school year, a “School Dining Sanitation Inspection Team” is formed.

  • Members include:

    • 1 Committee Member from the Dietary Guidance Committee (rotates weekly)

    • 1 Dining Supervisor

    • 1 Part-time Nutritionist

Routine Inspections

  • The team conducts weekly on-site inspections at all campus cafeterias.

  • Checks cover overall hygiene and tableware cleanliness tests.

Microbiological Testing

  • Twice a year, the Yunlin County Health Bureau – Food Sanitation and Laboratory Division is commissioned to carry out microbial limit testing.

Inspection and testing reports are published on the Health Education Section of the Office of Student Affairs:
