Winter Break Dormitory Application Notice (Academic Year 114)

(1) Available Dorm Buildings: Male A3 Building, Female B3 Building.

(2) Application & Payment Period: From December 1, 114 (Mon) to December 19, 114 (Fri) at 16:00.

(3) Winter Break Bed Assignment Announcement: December 30, 114 (Tue).

(4) Winter Break Accommodation Period:

1.From January 11, 115 (Sun) to February 13, 115 (Fri), totaling 33 days. Students must vacate the winter break bed before 10:00 AM on Feb. 13 and return only on the designated check‑in day for the next semester bed. During the Lunar New Year period (Feb. 14–Feb. 20), students are not allowed to stay in the dorms and no fees will be charged. Only overseas Chinese and international students may apply for Lunar New Year accommodation. All other students may return after 8:00 AM on Feb. 21 (Sat).

2.International students affected by NHI regulations limiting overseas stays to under 30 days may apply to extend their stay from Jan. 26–Jan. 30. Early check‑in is not allowed; they may return starting Feb. 21.

(5) Fee Structure:

1.NT$64 per day based on semester pricing. All students pay NT$2,112 (33 days) plus a NT$500 deposit (includes key, cleaning, facility restoration), totaling NT$2,612.

2.Lunar New Year Stay for International Students: NT$2,624 (41 days) + NT$500 deposit, totaling NT$3,124.

3.Short‑term Stay for International Students: NT$120 per day.

(6) Application Procedure:

1.Classes apply as a group. Class leaders collect forms and payments, pay at the Cashier’s Office, and submit original forms and stamped rosters to the Dormitory Service Center before 16:00 on Dec. 19.

2.Low‑income students are exempt from accommodation fees (deposit still required) and may apply individually without involving class leaders.

II. Departments and advisors are requested to check in on students staying during winter break.

III. All related forms are available on the Office of Student Affairs website.

IV .Dormitories will undergo electrical/water testing, cleaning, and renovation. Do not apply if you cannot accept these conditions.

V. During Lunar New Year, all dorms close and utilities shut down except designated areas for overseas Chinese & international students.

VI. Withdrawal must be completed by Jan. 9, 115. No refunds will be given after the deadline.
