1. Position: One non-regular full-time faculty member specializing in teaching and industry-research integration.
2. Areas of Expertise: Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Human Resource Management, and related fields.
3. Qualifications:
1. Must possess a doctoral degree.
2. Proficiency in English instruction is mandatory; familiarity with the application of AI in human resource and organizational management, as well as corporate ethics, is highly desirable.
3. To comply with the Vocational Education Act, candidates must have at least one year of practical industry experience (excluding teaching positions), supported by employment verification; alternatively, at least one year as principal investigator of a professional industry-academia project. (Those employed and appointed as qualified vocational full-time teachers with equivalent rank before January 14th, 2015, are exempt.)
4. Candidates with demonstrated ability or potential for publication in SSCI and TSSCI journals, exemplary teaching records, international exchange experience and capabilities, strong industry connections, and teamwork spirit will be given preferential consideration.

Please provide industry experience verification related to teaching subjects in accordance with Yuntech’s criteria for recognizing practical industry experience:
(1) Employment service certificates issued by the industry (foreign experience must be authenticated by the relevant overseas mission; if unattainable, certification by the central competent authority of the country of employment is acceptable), including job title, nature and content of work, and employment period. For foreign experience, proof of entry and exit dates is required, except for foreign nationals.
(2) Labor insurance proof or salary statements.
(3) Contracts or achievement certificates of industry-academia collaboration projects.
(4) Concrete achievement certificates issued by competent authorities.
3. Autobiography.
4. Graduate coursework transcript from doctoral studies.
5. Doctoral dissertation (for foreign degrees, verification of degree certificates and transcripts by Taiwan’s overseas missions is required).
6. Publications from the past seven years.
7. Catalog of research projects.
8. Other awards and commendable achievements.
9. Teaching subjects and evaluations from the past three years (if none, this may be omitted).
10. Proposed teaching subjects (please submit syllabi for three courses, with at least one integrating AI or digital technology applications).
11. Other materials that may assist in understanding the applicant’s background (recommendation letters are optional).
