This workshop features an invitation to Professor Luo Shimin, a full-time professor in the Department of International Business at National Chi Nan University, who will share insights on the integration of AI tools into EMI curriculum design. The content will showcase Professor Luo’s pedagogical practices, extending to the application of AI tools, instructional aids, teaching methodologies, and templates and strategies for English-medium instruction.

1. Facilitated autonomous learning among university students through comprehensive innovative teaching directly oriented towards the future—integrating GenAI and digital technologies into EMI curriculum design and classroom management. (Technical Report)
2. "AI-integrated EMI Course Design and Classroom Management": Invited over the past two years to conduct AI-EMI training or lectures at 24 universities nationwide, ranking among the top in frequency. Equipped with training satisfaction surveys, learning effectiveness assessments, and feedback, with publicly shared online videos (over 1,500 views) and related teaching materials and lesson plans.
3. "Emerging Industry Trends and Business Models" online digital course on the ewant Open Education Platform, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. The sole course on the ewant platform focusing on "Emerging Industries," now in its fifth session, the only one of its kind at the university, with nearly 500 total registrations; YouTube views exceed 6,000.
