2026 Academic Year Undergraduate Returning Students Dormitory Application Procedure

Processed in accordance with the Student Dormitory Management Guidelines

1. Application Period and Method:

From March 1st, 2026 (Sunday) to March 15th, 2026 (Sunday) before 23:59

Please access the Yuntech SSO portal → Office of Student Affairs Information System → Accommodation → Student Dormitory Application System → Online Dormitory Application. Late submissions will not be accepted.

On March 20th, 2026 (Friday), the Dormitory Committee’s Facebook page and the Diandian website will announce the list of successful applicants. Individual acceptance status can also be checked via the Office of Student Affairs Information System on the Yuntech SSO portal.

2. Eligibility: Undergraduate students of Yuntech.

Applicants with prior dormitory withdrawal records are kindly requested not to apply (except those who have withdrawn due to leave of absence, internship, or overseas exchange and have since resumed studies).

3. The Undergraduate Dormitory Lottery Briefing will be held on March 5th (Thursday) at 19:00 in the Student Activity Center Performance Hall. The session will cover important details regarding the lottery and dormitory regulations for the upcoming academic year. Those interested in accommodation are warmly encouraged to attend.

4. The Graduate Returning Students Dormitory Lottery is tentatively scheduled to commence in mid-April. Please stay tuned to the latest announcements from the Student Assistance Division of the Office of Student Affairs.
