◆Payment Deadline: From now until September 7th, 2026 (inclusive)

◆Inquiry and Printing of Payment Slips: Log in to the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal (https://school.bot.com.tw), then select [Inquiry] for tuition and fees.
  ※ This is notthe Bank of Taiwan Student Loan Portal; payment information is not available on that site.

◆Instructions
 1. Login to the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal: (Please do not alter the identification code)
  ※ Collection category: 111682
  ※ National ID number: including uppercase letters (10 characters total)
  ※ Student number: including uppercase letters (9 characters total)
  ※ Identification code: Enter your birthdate in the format as follows → Minguo 099 year January 1st, please input 0990101 (7 digits total).
  ※ Captcha code: (random)
 
 2. Undergraduate continuing education students and graduate students: Tuition fees for credits must be paid by mid-October; those wishing to pay earlier may notify us by phone after course add/drop period concludes.
 3. Undergraduate continuing education students: Students enrolled in 10 or more credits must pay the full tuition and fees.
 4. Loan recipients must ensure the following fees are fully covered before the semester begins:
  ※ Flexible loans: off-campus accommodation and book expenses
  ※ Credit fees: Student numbers beginning with D and M - NT$1,540 * 15 credits; N - NT$4,621 * 15 credits; undergraduate continuing education students - NT$1,092 * 9 credits
  ※ Maximum off-campus accommodation fees: NT$15,720 for undergraduates, NT$17,119 for graduate students; book fees NT$5,000. After loan disbursement, priority will be given to deducting language practice fees and dormitory deposits.
  ※ For detailed information, please visit the Office of Student Affairs website → Services → Student Loans
  ※ Loan application receipts must be submitted to the Student Assistance Division before the semester commences.
 
 5. Domestic students residing on campus have already benefited from the Executive Yuan Subsidy for On-Campus Accommodation Fees.
 6. Accommodation fees qualify for the special deduction on housing rent expenses under Article 17 of the Income Tax Act.
 

◆ Payment Methods

 1. Bank Transfer: Utilize any online banking service, banking app, or ATM (including online ATMs), enter bank code 004 (Bank of Taiwan), and input your specific payment slip's "account number" (16 digits). Please ensure the full amount is transferred in a single transaction.
  ※ For amounts exceeding NT$30,000, please use the ATM's [Payment] function.
 2. Cash Payment at Bank of Taiwan or Post Office Counters: Present the printed payment slip and cash at any branch or post office counter.

 3. Convenience Store Collection:
  Please bring your payment slip to 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart for payment.
 4. UnionPay Card: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select the left menu [UnionPay Card Payment] to proceed.
 5. Credit Card: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select the left menu [Credit Card Payment] to proceed.
 6. Taiwan Pay: Scan the "Taiwan Pay" QR code on the payment slip to complete payment.
 7. iPASS Money, AllPay, iCash, JKoPay, EasyCard Pay: Use the respective apps to scan the three-segment barcode located at the bottom right of the payment slip designated for convenience store collection.

 ※ Please ensure payment is made within the deadline, utilizing the aforementioned channels to guarantee that the Bank of Taiwan system records the payment. Payments made directly at the school will not be recorded in the system. Those wishing to pay in person at the Cashier Division must present the printed payment slip along with cash.
