【FW】Guidelines for Student Applications to GEP/GEPIS– Fall 2026 & Spring 2027
作者 馬維辰“Global Engineering Program for International Students” (GEPIS) and “Global Engineering Program for Research and Development” (GEP for R&D) for the October 2026 Admission and April 2027 Admission.
The GEPIS, which is a two-year Master’s Program, and the GEP for R&D, which is a three-year Doctoral Program, both provide an opportunity for international students to study various engineering fields in English.
The entrance examination is conducted through the screening of applications, so there is no need to come to Japan.
We would appreciate it very much if you announced this to students in your institute and encouraged them to apply.
Both programs will cover all the Majors of Master’s and Doctoral programs of the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Fukui.
Also, please kindly note that all the required documents for October 2026 Admission shall be in our hands by April 23, 2026. And the application closing date for April 2027 Admission will be October 15, 2026.

NSTC 2026 "Biomedical Innovation Technology Collaboration Platform Service Project" is now open for proposals.
作者 馬維辰The NSTC 2026 "Biomedical Innovation Technology Collaboration Platform Service Project" is now accepting proposals. The relevant information is as follows:
1. Principal investigators must thoroughly review all regulations in advance (information regarding the briefing sessions will be announced on the NSTC Office of Life Sciences webpage).
2. The project execution schedule shall be subject to official notification (anticipated to commence on June 1st, 2026).
3. Appeals for projects not granted funding under this announcement will not be entertained.
4. Principal investigators are required to submit their proposal presentation (limited to 20 slides, excluding attachments), initial project data form, declaration, and personal information form (C301-303) in electronic PDF format by 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, via the Biomedical Innovation Technology Collaboration Platform service portal (www.bmcc-medtech.org). The submission date will be based on the completion time of the online registration. Each file must not exceed 10MB (10,240KB).

This project focuses on enhancing public disaster information services, promoting the integration of the disaster prevention industry chain, strengthening social service mechanisms for disaster information, advancing disaster prevention scientific research technologies, and fostering international collaboration in disaster prevention and rescue research.
2. The execution period of this project shall commence on the first day of the month in which approval is granted.
3. The funds allocated for this project are designated for specific purposes only; applications for projects not receiving funding will not be reconsidered.

活動內容：
（一）拜訪台日相關文教、 産經 企業機構。
（二）舉行台日青年學生座談聯誼會活動。
（三）體驗日本文化、專題講習聽講。
參加資格：
（一）品行良好、身體健康、積極進取、有團隊精 神、對日本及國際事務有興趣之大學在學學生。
（二）台灣地區四年制公、私立大學及技術學院一 〜 三年級，二年制技術學院一年級學生， 五年制專科學校四年級， 應屆畢業生不為甄選對象。(延畢者如預計於 2027年下學期畢業者，則可以報名參加 。）
（三）不限科系、年齡在二十五 歳 以下者 2000 年 9 月 1 日以後出生者 。
（四）中華民國國籍、目前居住於國內者，父母或一方為日本籍者亦不為甄選對象。
（五）自高中迄今， 赴日次數不超過五次（五次可）， 在日本就讀且停留日本期間合計不超過一年，一年可）者。
（六）參加同學需具備一定程度之日語、英語能力（日文系同學為日語能力測驗 N2 非日文系同學為日語能力測驗 N3 以上之程度）請連同報名表一併繳交日語能力證明影本至中國青年救國團活動處。
