II. Qualifications and Areas of Expertise
Qualifications:
(1) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or possess a faculty certificate at the rank of Assistant Professor or above.
(2) Areas of Expertise:Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
III. Additional Requirements
(1) Applicants must be capable of teaching courses entirely in English.
(2) Applicants must possess at least one year of industry experience relevant to the teaching field. Relevant supporting documents must be provided. (This requirement does not apply

IV. Eligibility Requirements
(1) Applicants must not have any circumstances specified in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Teachers' Act, or Articles 31 and 33 of the Educational Personnel Employment Act that would
disqualify them from serving as educational personnel.
(2) Applicants appointed under the Regulations Governing the Appointment of Professional Technical Personnel as University Teaching Staff, or those holding a faculty certificate at the
rank of Assistant Professor or above, may be exempt from the doctoral degree requirement.
