2.Students with approved loans are exempt from payment. The final calculation will be conducted in early December. If the loan amount is insufficient, the Student Assistance Division will notify the student to pay the balance; any excess loan amount will be reviewed and refunded to the bank or directly credited to the student’s account.
3.Students eligible for fee reductions or from disadvantaged backgrounds have already had their tuition fees adjusted accordingly; no further refunds will be issued; some students with partial reductions may not receive a payment statement due to fewer enrolled credits.
4.Second-year Master’s and Doctoral candidates will be charged an additional 3 credits for thesis work.
5.Undergraduate extended study students enrolled in 10 or more credits are required to pay the full tuition and fees.
6.According to university regulations, students who withdraw from courses within one week prior to midterm examinations are still obligated to pay the tuition fees for those courses.
◆Payment Methods
1. Bank Transfer: Utilize any online banking platform, banking app, or ATM (including online ATMs) to transfer funds. Enter the bank code 004 (Bank of Taiwan) and use your specific “payment reference number” (16 digits) as the account number. Please ensure the full amount is transferred in a single transaction.

2. Cash Payment at Bank of Taiwan or Post Office Counters: Present the printed payment statement and cash at any branch or post office counter for payment.
3. Convenience Store Payment:
Please bring your payment statement to 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart to complete the payment.
4. UnionPay Card: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select 【UnionPay Card Payment】 on the left menu to proceed.
5. Credit Card: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select 【Credit Card Payment】 on the left menu to proceed.
6. Taiwan Pay: Scan the “Taiwan Pay” QR code on the payment statement to complete the payment.
7. iPASS Money, AllPay, iCash, JKoPay, EasyCard Pay: Use the respective app to scan the three-segment barcode located in the convenience store payment area at the bottom right of the payment statement to make the payment.
※ Please ensure payment is made within the deadline, utilizing the aforementioned channels to guarantee that the Bank of Taiwan system records the payment. Payments made directly at the university will not be recorded in the system. Those who wish to pay in person at the Cashier Division must present the printed payment statement and cash for payment.
