The National Science and Technology Council is pleased to announce the commencement of applications for the 2025 Pilot Program titled "Passing the Torch – Sustainable Inheritance of Rare Scientific Research Techniques." Relevant details are as follows:

1. For the guidelines and regulations pertaining to this pilot program, please refer to the official call for proposals.

2. Applications must be submitted through the Council’s Academic Research Service Portal (website: https://www.nstc.gov.tw), and the research domain must pertain to biological and agricultural sciences.

3. The project execution period shall be based on the officially approved dates, with the anticipated commencement on November 1st, 2025.

4. Appeals for unsuccessful applications will not be entertained.

5. The deadline for submission at Yuntech is Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025.
