The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) hereby announces the call for proposals for the 2026 project titled "Precision Material Manipulation: Decoding the Key Mechanisms of Net-Zero Carbon Emissions and Precision Health." Relevant information is as follows:

1. Please carefully review the attached announcement or visit the NSTC website (Dynamic Information / Project Call Section) or the Office of Research and Development’s announcement webpage to download the details. For further information regarding the project call, please refer to the announcement webpage.

2. Applications must be submitted online through the NSTC’s "Special Research Project / (Proposal Category) Precision Material Manipulation Project" system. Submission is completed upon online submission; no institutional endorsement is required.

3. Application Deadline: Please submit your proposal via the online system by November 26th, 2025.

4. Proposals recommended after review will prompt notification to the principal investigator and executing institution to submit a full project proposal. The project execution period is anticipated to commence on August 1st, 2026, and conclude on July 31st, 2030, with multi-year approval granted on an annual basis.
