The National Science and Technology Council hereby announces the commencement of applications for the 2025 "Advanced Talent Training Program for Industry." The pertinent details are as follows:

1. This initiative shall be conducted in accordance with the Council’s guidelines for subsidizing the "Advanced Talent Training Program for Industry."

2. Project duration: from October 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.

3. The program aims to selectively appoint domestic universities or research institutions as training units, collaborating with partner enterprises to provide practical industrial training, jointly cultivating doctoral-level talent, and facilitating their placement within the industry to nurture the high-level professionals demanded by the sector.

4. It is anticipated that more than three training units will be selected, with the final number contingent upon the evaluation results.

5. Relevant information regarding this call has been published in the Council’s project solicitation section and on the Industry-Academia and Science Park Affairs Office webpage. Applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review the application guidelines (attached) prior to submission.

6. Please submit six copies of the application form, one copy each of the CD, proof of establishment of partner enterprises, and letters of intent for internship cooperation to the Office of Research and Development by 12:00 noon on September 12th, 2025.
