The National Science and Technology Council has amended the format for composing project research reports, with immediate effect. The pertinent details are as follows:

1. To foster the pursuit of knowledge innovation and technological breakthroughs in projects funded by the Council, thereby addressing societal needs, the previously required summary table of results has been eliminated. Instead, please provide a concise outline of the contributions in the project research report system, such as significant discoveries and breakthroughs in the field, resolution of practical issues, talent cultivation, tangible benefits to industrial technological development, organization of academic events, awards received, important international collaborations, or the international impact of research outcomes.

2. The revised report format can be downloaded from the Council’s website (URL: https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) under the “Project Research Area” in the shared forms section.
