國科會115年度人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫補助案,自即日起接受申請 NSTC 115th Year Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project Subsidy Applications Now Open

國科會115年度人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫補助案,自即日起接受申請,相關資訊如下:

一、依該會補助人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫作業要點(下稱專書計畫作業要點)及補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理,計畫主持人務必先行詳閱各項規定。

二、本專書計畫補助目的為撰寫學術性專書並出版,若為尚 未成熟之前期研究,建議申請本會專題研究計畫。依專 書計畫作業要點,計畫主持人曾執行專書寫作計畫而尚 未出版者,不得再申請專書寫作計畫。

三、計畫主持人研究計畫(申請書)中涉及人體試驗、採集人體檢體等本 會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第11點第4款第1目規定 之相關試驗或實驗者,各等研究內容與方法均應確實 送交有關之審查會、委員會或相關單位審查並取得核 准文件。於同一年度申請、執行兩件以上研究計畫 者,應於計畫書內列名優先順序,且多年期研究計畫順 序應優先於新申請案,本會依件數逐級從嚴審查。(本專 書計畫與專題研究計畫合併計算件數)。

四、本專書計畫之執行期間自115年8月1日開始。

五、專書計畫申請表格與本會專題研究計畫申請表格相同, 申請案全面實施線上申請,各類書表請至本會網站(htt p://www.nstc.gov.tw)登入「學術研發服務網」製作,注 意事項如下:

(一)研究計畫得依實際需要,申請各項補助經費。有關研 究人力費部分,應敘明各類(級)別人員在計畫內擔任之 具體內容、性質、項目及範圍;另配合本會推動參與 計畫博士生費用增核措施,倘有約用博士生兼任人員 需求,請併同增編費用,俾利審查後一併核給。

(二)研究計畫(申請書)中涉及人體試驗、採集人體檢體等本 會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第11點第4款第1目規定 之相關試驗或實驗者,各等研究內容與方法均應確實 送交有關之審查會、委員會或相關單位審查並取得核 准文件。

六、請計畫類別請選擇「人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫 作計畫(大批)」,並於學門代碼勾選所屬學門。相關申請 文件,請至本會網站首頁─學術研究─「專題研究計畫 專區」下載使用。

The NSTC 115th Year Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project subsidy applications are now being accepted. Relevant information is as follows:

1. Applications shall be conducted in accordance with the NSTC’s Guidelines for Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project Subsidies (hereinafter referred to as the Monograph Project Guidelines) and the Guidelines for Subsidized Research Projects. Principal investigators must thoroughly review all pertinent regulations prior to application.

2. The purpose of this monograph subsidy is to support the writing and publication of scholarly monographs. For preliminary research that is not yet mature, applicants are advised to apply for the NSTC’s research project subsidies. According to the Monograph Project Guidelines, principal investigators who have previously undertaken monograph writing projects that remain unpublished are ineligible to apply for new monograph writing projects.

3. If the research plan (application) involves human trials, collection of human specimens, or related experiments as stipulated in Article 11, Section 4, Subsection 1 of the NSTC’s Guidelines for Subsidized Research Projects, all research content and methodologies must be submitted to the relevant review boards, committees, or authorities for examination and approval. Applicants submitting or executing more than one research project within the same year must list the priority order within the proposal. Multi-year projects shall take precedence over new applications. The NSTC will conduct progressively stringent reviews based on the number of projects (monograph projects and research projects combined).

4. The execution period for this monograph project commences on August 1st, 2026.

5. The application forms for the monograph project are identical to those for the NSTC research projects. All applications must be submitted online via the NSTC website (http://www.nstc.gov.tw) by logging into the “Academic Research Service Network.” Please note the following:

(i) Research projects may apply for various subsidy funds as needed. For research personnel expenses, the specific roles, nature, items, and scope of each category (level) of personnel involved in the project must be clearly stated. In line with NSTC’s enhanced funding measures for doctoral students participating in projects, if there is a need to hire doctoral students as part-time personnel, please include the additional budget accordingly to facilitate approval.

(ii) If the research plan (application) involves human trials, collection of human specimens, or related experiments as stipulated in Article 11, Section 4, Subsection 1 of the NSTC’s Guidelines for Subsidized Research Projects, all research content and methodologies must be submitted to the relevant review boards, committees, or authorities for examination and approval.

6. Please select the project category as “Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project (Large Batch)” and tick the corresponding academic discipline code. Relevant application documents can be downloaded from the NSTC website homepage under Academic Research → “Research Project Section.”
