5. Important Notes

1. Please ensure you log in at the top right corner of the Office of Library and Information Services homepage via the Reader Login portal (using your Yuntech single sign-on credentials) before proceeding with the registration steps outlined above.
2. It is imperative to provide your Yuntech email address during registration to avoid missing important communications. Upon registration, the system will immediately send a confirmation of successful registration. After review, the system will also dispatch an acceptance notification. Please be sure to check for both the registration confirmation and acceptance emails.
3. During registration, the selection of bookshelf areas is recommended as follows:

College of Design" Please select the 9th floor, shelf area 9, the Western literature section on the 7th floor starting with classification number N, and other related classifications.

College of Engineering" Please select the 5th floor archive area, including classification numbers 312, 441, 445, 446, 448, 460, and related categories.

College of Management" Please select the 5th floor archive area, including classification numbers 312 and 494-499, along with related categories.

College of Humanities and Applied Sciences" Please select the 5th to 6th floor archive areas, covering classification numbers 540 through 819 and related categories.

College of Artificial Intelligence Technology" Please select the archive areas on floors 5 through 7 and the 9th floor, encompassing all classification numbers.

Students who enjoy reading novels are encouraged to select the Chinese literature section on the 7th floor archive area.

4. New volunteers must complete a two-hour training session corresponding to the selected training schedule during registration to qualify as official volunteers.
5. Volunteers holding a service handbook may record their service hours therein. Those demonstrating exemplary performance within one academic year may be nominated for outstanding volunteer recognition and school awards.
