5. Important Notes

  1. Please ensure you log in at the Reader Login section located at the top right corner of the Office of Library and Information Services homepage (using your Yuntech single sign-on credentials) before proceeding with the registration steps outlined above.
  2. It is imperative to provide your Yuntech email address during registration to avoid missing important communications. Upon registration, the system will immediately send an automatic confirmation of successful registration. After review, the system will also send an acceptance notification. Please be sure to check for both the registration confirmation and acceptance emails.
  3. During registration, the following bookshelf selections are recommended:

College of Design"Choose the 9th floor, section 9 archive area; the 7th floor Western literature archive shelves beginning with classification N, and other related classifications.

College of Engineering"Choose the 5th floor archive area, classifications 312, 441, 445, 446, 448, 460, and related categories.

College of Management"Choose the 5th floor archive area, classifications 312 and 494-499, and related categories.

College of Humanities and Applied Sciences"Choose the 5th to 6th floor archive areas, classifications 540 through 819, and related categories.

College of Artificial Intelligence Technology"Choose the archive areas on floors 5 to 7 and 9, covering all classifications.

Students who enjoy novels are encouraged to select the 7th floor Chinese literature archive area, encompassing all classifications.

  1. New volunteers must complete a two-hour training session corresponding to the selected training schedule during registration to become official volunteers.
  2. Volunteers holding a service handbook may record their service hours therein. Those demonstrating exemplary performance within one academic year may be nominated for outstanding volunteer recognition and school awards.
