STEP 1: Creative Submission (From now until April 30th, 2026)

• Video Specifications: Record a 30–90 secondvertical 9:16 video, with a minimum resolution of 1080p, and subtitles are mandatory.
• Required Materials: Create a cloud folder named: College-Department-Year-StudentIDName, and upload the video along with screenshots proving you follow the official FB/IG pages.
• Registration: Complete the submission Google form.

STEP 2: Official Release (Receive NT$1,500)

• Evaluation Criteria: The official panel will assess submissions based on creativity (40%), visual editing (30%), and campus representativeness (30%).
• Initial Reward: Works that pass the basic specifications and are published on the official platform will receive the "Selected Release Award" of NT$1,500 voucher (limited to 20 recipients).

STEP 3: Data Sprint (Before 23:59 on the 7th day after release)

• Accumulated Engagement: Statistics will be calculated from the official FB/IG release date until 23:59 on the 7th day.
• Calculation Formula: FB/IGengagement = [Likes/Loves] + [Shares/Forwards] + [Valid Comments](excluding views).
• Sprint Targets: FB/IGcumulative engagement reaching 300 or more, or 500 or more, qualifies for additional bonus awards.

STEP 4: Timely Declaration (Before 12:00 noon on the 8th day after release)

• Prompt Screenshot: Screenshots of FB/IG showing the complete timestamp (year, month, day, hour, minute) and engagement data must be captured before 23:59 on the 7th day.

• Choose One Bonus:

  • Top Editor Award (+NT$2,500voucher): Granted to those whose videos are selected as outstanding and achieve FB/IG engagement exceeding 500 interactions (limited to 5 recipients).
• Ranking Principle: If the number of qualifiers exceeds the limit, recipients will be selected based on descending order of actual FB/IG total engagement.
