【GO!】114-2 Service Satisfaction Survey (Deadline: July 31)

? As the graduation season approaches, a chapter of your journey is about to reach a fulfilling conclusion!

Whether you are an imminent graduate or a continuing member of the faculty, staff, or student body, we sincerely invite you to complete the "114-2 Service Satisfaction Survey."

For graduates, this may be your final opportunity to share your experiences with Yuntech’s services before departure; for current faculty, staff, and students, your feedback and suggestions will serve as invaluable references for the university’s ongoing enhancement.

If you have encountered services that warmed your heart, demonstrated thoughtfulness, or deserve commendation, please do not hesitate to offer your encouragement; likewise, we welcome your constructive suggestions, which we will humbly consider as impetus for future improvement and growth.

We deeply appreciate your steadfast support throughout Yuntech’s development and eagerly anticipate your feedback to further elevate campus services. Kindly review the following instructions and regulations pertaining to this survey:

1.? Completion Guidelines and Recommendations

To enhance the quality of the university’s services, please evaluate the administrative units’ internal operations based on your direct experiences by selecting the most appropriate options within the questionnaire.

Please clearly describe the circumstances of any incidents and offer rational, positive, and specific suggestions for improvement to facilitate thorough review and refinement by the respective units;

if opinions lack clarity, the completeness and specificity of the content will determine their utility as references for relevant units; however, unclear matters will be difficult to track or address, and thus may not be considered for follow-up actions.

2.? For Feedback Regarding Specific Individuals, Please Use Alternative Channels

3.⚠️ Avoid Emotional or Aggressive Language

Entries containing emotional expressions, personal attacks, or abusive language directed at individuals or departments within the "Improvement Measures or Replies" section will not receive responses or be processed.

4.? Opinions Related to Administrative Services

Comments pertaining to teaching rather than administrative services will not be addressed here; please submit such feedback during the teacher evaluation survey period.

5.? Legal Responsibility

This survey is conducted anonymously; however, respondents bear full legal responsibility for any false accusations or defamatory remarks against others.

6.? Access Path for the 114-2 Service Satisfaction Survey:Log in via Yuntech SSO / New Questionnaire and Voting System / Questionnaire

7.? Submission Deadline: From June 19th, 2026 until July 31st, 2026.

8.? Prize Draw Regulations:

As a token of appreciation for your thoughtful participation, all respondents will be eligible for a prize draw. We encourage you to engage with a relaxed and open spirit. Upon conclusion of the event, lucky winners will be selected by the system and awarded exquisite gifts as a gesture of gratitude.

9.? Announcement of Responses to the 114-1 Survey

The results of the 114-1 Service Satisfaction Survey have been published on the New Questionnaire and Voting System → Questionnaire → Completed / View Summary Opinions. Those who participated in the 114-1 survey may review the feedback online at their convenience.
