1. Taiwan Bank Tuition and Fees Portal login: (Please do not alter the identification code)
  ※ Collection category: 111682
  ※ National ID number: including uppercase English letters (total of ten characters)
  ※ Student ID: including uppercase English letters (total of nine characters)
  ※ Identification code: Enter your birthdate in the format of Minguo year, e.g., for January 1st, 2010, enter 0990101 (seven digits).
  ※ Captcha code: (random)

2. Undergraduate freshmen applying for student loans may present the "Tuition and Fees Slip" at Taiwan Bank to process the loan; separate payment of dormitory fees is not required.

3. Domestic students residing on campus are already beneficiaries of the Executive Yuan Subsidy for On-Campus Accommodation Fees.

4. Dormitory fees qualify for the special deduction on housing rent expenses as stipulated in Article 17 of the Income Tax Act.

◆ Payment Methods

1. Cash payment at Taiwan Bank counters: Present the payment slip and cash at any Taiwan Bank branch counter.
2. ATM or online ATM payment:
  Select 【Payment】 without the NT$30,000 limit; please retain the transaction details and records for your reference.
3. Convenience store payment:
  Present the payment slip at 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart to complete payment. Please keep the receipt carefully. Maximum payment amounts are subject to each convenience store’s regulations.
4. UnionPay card payment: Please visit the Taiwan Bank Tuition and Fees Portal and select 【UnionPay Card Payment】 on the left menu.
5. Credit card payment: Please visit the Taiwan Bank Tuition and Fees Portal and select 【Credit Card Payment】 on the left menu.
6. Taiwan Pay: Scan the "Taiwan Pay" QR code on the payment slip to pay.
7. iPASS Money, AllPay, iCash, JKoPay, EasyCard Pay: Use the respective app to scan the three-segment barcode located at the bottom right of the payment slip designated for convenience store collection.

※ Please ensure payment is made within the deadline using the above channels. Payments recorded in the Taiwan Bank system will be acknowledged; payments made at school will not be recorded in the system. Those who wish to pay in person at the Cashier Division must present the paper payment slip and cash.

※ Reconciliation may take 2 to 7 business days; please remit payment promptly to facilitate confirmation.
