1. Login to the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal: (Please do not alter the identification code)
※ Collection category: 111682
※ National ID number: including uppercase letters (10 characters total)
※ Student ID: including uppercase letters (9 characters total)
※ Identification code: enter birthdate in the format—for example, Minguo 099 year January 1st, enter 0990101 (7 digits total).
※ CAPTCHA: (random)
2. Undergraduate extended students and graduate students: Tuition fees for credits must be paid in late March as described above; those who wish to pay earlier may notify us by phone after course add/drop concludes.
3. Undergraduate extended students: If enrolled in 10 or more credits, full tuition and fees are payable.
4. Loan recipients must ensure full payment of the following fees before the semester commences:
※ Unrestricted loans: off-campus housing and book fees
※ Credit fees: Student ID starting with D and M - NT$1,540 * 15 credits; N - NT$4,621 * 15 credits; undergraduate extended students - NT$1,092 * 9 credits
※ Maximum off-campus housing fees: NT$10,480 for undergraduates, NT$11,413 for graduate students; book fees NT$3,000. After loan disbursement, priority will be given to language practicum fees and dormitory deposits.

※ Loan application school receipt must be submitted to the Student Assistance Division before the semester begins.
5. Domestic resident students have already benefited from the Executive Yuan subsidy for on-campus accommodation fees.
6. Accommodation fees qualify for the special deduction for housing rent expenses under Article 17 of the Income Tax Act.
◆Payment Methods
1. Cash payment at Bank of Taiwan or post office counters: Present the payment statement and cash at any Bank of Taiwan branch or post office counter.
2. ATM or online ATM payment:
Select [Payment] without the NT$30,000 limit; please retain transaction details and records for verification.
3. Convenience store payment:
Present the payment statement at 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart. Please keep the receipt carefully; maximum payment amounts are subject to each store’s regulations.
4. UnionPay card payment: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select [UnionPay Card Payment] on the left menu.
5. Credit card payment: Please visit the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and select [Credit Card Payment] on the left menu.
6. Taiwan Pay: Scan the "Taiwan Pay" QR code on the payment statement to pay.
7. iPASS Money, AllPay, iCash, JKoPay, EasyCard Pay: Use the app to scan the three-segment barcode in the convenience store payment area at the bottom right of the payment statement.
※ Please utilize the above channels to remit payment within the deadline. Payments recorded in the Bank of Taiwan system will be acknowledged; payments made at school counters will not be recorded electronically. Those who wish to pay in person at the Cashier Division must present the paper payment statement and cash.
