114學年度大學部學生宿舍暑假住宿申請事宜
依據 本校學生宿舍寒暑假住宿要點辦理。
公告事項
一、申請注意事項:
(一)開放宿舍棟別:男生A3棟、女生F棟,冷氣房(雅房)。
(二)申請暨繳費日期:115年4月27日(一)至115年5月15日(五)16時止。
(三)暑宿床位名單公告:115年5月26日(二)。
(四)暑期住宿期間:自115年6月28日(日)至115年8月26日(三)止,共60日,8月26日(三)早上10點前暑宿離宿,回歸下學期床位後即可住到開學進住日,計10日,總計70日
(五)計費方式:依住宿要點核算每人每日64元(7,955元不含清潔費之學期總價/124天學期總日數),不論申請住宿天數長短,一律應繳4,480元(計70日)和保證金500元(含鑰匙120元、清潔未復原300元、公物毀損等),合計4,980元。冷氣卡請自行至郵件中心購買,未用完者可登記退費;住宿費不含清潔費,請自行維護宿舍環境。
(六) 繳費說明:
1.暑宿申請以班級為單位,請轉知班代協助收齊申請單與費用,填妥班級暑宿總名冊並由各系審查後,請班代以團體方式逕至出納組繳費,115年5月15日(五)16時前將學生個人申請表正本及完成繳費有出納組核章之總名冊逕送學生宿舍服務中心,辦理床位安排,時間內未送達者不予辦理。
2.低收入戶資格者申請暑宿可免住宿費,仍須付保證金500元,基於個資保密措施,得不透過班代,自行完成申請與繳費流程,並於115年5月15日(五)16時前繳至宿舍服務中心。
二、暑假期間住宿之學生,請各系系主任導師及班導師不定期給予關懷。

四、暑假期間學生宿舍全區將進行電力、水力檢測等相關修繕工程(擇期公告),並有清潔公司施作全面清潔。若無法接受者,請勿申請暑假住宿。
五、如有特殊原因需申請暑假退宿,請於6月26日(五)前向學生宿舍服務中心辦理,申請退宿者皆須扣宿舍點數1點,逾期申請恕不退費(退費含住宿費與保證金)。
六、關於暑假住宿有任何疑問者,請洽學生宿舍服務中心黃莉婷小姐(分機3795 、05-5524091)。
