Students intending to complete their graduation and depart from Yuntech are kindly advised to avoid the periods during which environmental disinfection against vector mosquitoes is conducted across the university’s various departments and buildings,

1.In coordination with Yuntech’s vector mosquito environmental disinfection operations,all departmental buildings will be closed during the disinfection period,therefore, students planning to finalize their graduation and departure procedures must diligently avoid the disinfection schedule of the university’s various units and buildings.

2.Year 2026winter break vector mosquito disinfection schedule is attached herewith.

3.The final deadline for collecting graduation certificates at Yuntech isFebruary 13th, 2026(Friday) by 5:00 PM. No extensions will be granted beyond this date, so please be sure to take note!

Note:The Office of Academic Affairs is located in the Administration Building.
