1. To cooperate with the university's vector-borne disease disinfection work, all departments and units will be closed according to the scheduled disinfection periods. Therefore, students wishing to complete graduation procedures must avoid the disinfection times of their desired departments or units to ensure they can complete their procedures.

2. The schedule for vector-borne disease disinfection for all departments and units during the summer of 2026 (August 24, 2026 - August 28, 2026) is attached. Please review it carefully.

3. In accordance with the university's energy conservation and carbon reduction policy, from July 6 (Monday) to August 28 (Friday), 2026 (excluding university holidays and public holidays), the time for completing graduation procedures will be adjusted to 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily (lunch break). Please complete your procedures within this time.

4. The deadline for collecting graduation certificates from this school is 5:00 PM on Monday, August 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please take note!

Note: The Academic Affairs Office is located in the Administration Building. The Administration Building will be disinfected on the afternoon of August 27, 2026.( (Please refer to the attached document for the disinfection schedule of the other buildings.)
