115年度「技專校院與私立大學校院實務型研究專案計畫」自即日起受理申請，相關資訊如下：

一、依據國科會114年10月17日科會產字第1140075083號函辦理。

二、國科會系統本校關閉時間為115年1月28日(星期三)23時59分，請申請人於截止時間內完成線上申請作業，並請各系所於115年1月29日(星期二)上午12時前線上確認教師申請資格，並列印申請樣張紙本名冊1份，經系所主管核章後，送至研究發展處研究企劃組。

三、為避免影響計畫案件之彙整簽核及全校送件時間，115年1月29日(星期四)當天不受理任何已送出案件之線上退件修改，請申請人及早作業，避免國科會系統塞車。

四、教師計畫上傳繳交送出前請確認計畫申請之批號、計畫主持人之資格是否符合第3點第1項第1款第1目（1）資格；專案教師是否符合第3點第1項第3款資格。另請專案教師填寫受聘之職稱全名（如專案助理教授、專案講師等）以免被退件。

五、經費預算編列建請教師編列研究倫理審查費（約計2萬元），若未編列預算經國科會審查需送IRB審查者，則以計畫核定後辦理經費變更方式處理。

Applications for the 2026 Practical Research Project Program for Technical and Vocational Colleges and Private Universities are now being accepted. The pertinent details are as follows:

1.This is conducted in accordance with the NSTC’s official letter No. 1140075083 dated October 17th, 2025.

2. The NSTC system for Yuntech will close at 23:59 on January 28th, 2026 (Wednesday). Applicants are kindly requested to complete their online submissions before the deadline. Departments must verify the eligibility of teachers applying by 12:00 noon on January 29th, 2026 (Thursday), and submit one printed copy of the application roster, duly signed by the department head, to the Research Planning Division of the Office of Research and Development.

3.To ensure the timely consolidation and approval of project submissions across the university, no online withdrawal or modification of submitted applications will be accepted on January 29th, 2026 (Thursday). Applicants are urged to complete their submissions promptly to avoid system congestion on the NSTC platform.

4.Prior to uploading and submitting project proposals, teachers must verify that the application batch number and the principal investigator’s qualifications comply with Article 3, Section 1, Subsection 1, Clause 1(1); and that project-based teachers meet the criteria outlined in Article 3, Section 1, Subsection 3. Additionally, project-based teachers are required to specify their full appointed titles (e.g., Project-Based Assistant Professor, Project-Based Lecturer) to prevent rejection of applications.

5. It is recommended that teachers allocate budget for research ethics review fees (approximately NT$20,000). Should the budget not include this and the NSTC requires IRB review, budget adjustments may be made post-approval through official fund modification procedures.
