1. Enclosed are one copy each of the comparison table detailing the amendments to Articles 3, 5, 6, and 8 of the "Guidelines for Encouraging Research Project Subsidies" of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, as well as the complete revised text.

2. These guidelines were duly amended and ratified by the University Affairs Fund Management Committee during its second meeting of the second semester of the 114th academic year on June 4th, 2026.
