The NSTC "Quantum Leap Project Research Program" is now open for applications. The relevant information is as follows:

1. This program is conducted in accordance with the NSTC’s guidelines for subsidized research projects. Principal investigators are required to thoroughly review the program announcement and all related attachments and regulations prior to application.

2. The program announcement can be downloaded from the NSTC website under "Latest News" in the "Project Call Section" or from the Office of Research and Development announcement webpage.

3. Applicants should log in to the NSTC Academic Research Service Network and apply via "Online Application / Rolling Review Projects / Project Category / General-Oriented Special Research Projects," selecting the appropriate discipline code according to the project’s nature (Discipline code: M5112 - Quantum Technology; Sub-discipline codes: M511201 - Universal Quantum Computer Hardware Technology, M511202 - Photonic Quantum Technology, M511203 - Quantum Technology Software).

4. The project execution period commences on March 1st, 2027. This is a special research project; appeals for unsuccessful applications will not be entertained.

5. Yuntech will accept applications until October 27th, 2026.
