1. This is done in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the National Science Council and RIKEN on March 20, 2015.

2. The project leader of this case is currently executing the project leader of the National Science Council's research grant program, and the project has been expanded to include international cooperation projects. For subsidy funding items and regulations, please refer to the application instructions (as attached, and simultaneously announced on the National Science Council website/Dynamic Information/Project Solicitation).

3. The implementation period of this project is 2 years, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028, which shall be the same as the implementation period of the joint research project with Japan.

The project organizer is requested to keep track of the time (5 working days) for the application institution to handle administrative procedures, so as to avoid overdue impact on rights and interests.
